Invictus has gone to considerable lengths to ensure all our training is of the highest standard, relevant, quality assured and ultimately conducive to development of the core skills required by our security personnel to allow them to provide safe and successful operations for our clients. All our training adheres to, endorses and is fully compliant with policies and legislations governing the security industry in Iraq. Alongside this, the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR) and the International Code of Conduct (ICoC), are embedded into the delivery of all training carried out by Invictus. The following principles will guide training of Invictus personnel across all projects:

 

• Training will be industry led and contain relevant content developed by those working in licensable sectors and all training will be conducted in line with the UK SIA qualification standards.


• All Invictus employees regardless of intended post will complete an induction package and assessment before assignment.


• Continuation training is conducted at all levels led by relevant mandated subject matter.


• All training will be quality assured by the Invictus Training Manager with assistance from Invictus qualified nominated tutors, to ensure common standards through regular Validation.


• Where poor skills are identified, retraining and re-evaluation will be provided.
